What is The Port Wine Club?

A group of fun-loving people who share a love of exqui site wines, fine cuisine, and memorable experiences ... a club that gathers together just often enough to make each meeting an occasion ... to enjoy an evening for dinner, wine tasting, or a trip to a far-off place where the wine begins.

We learn about serving, tasting and cooking with wine. We discover the fascinating paraphernalia that adds to the enjoyment of wine from the right size and shape of cut crystal decanters to the perfect glass and the myriad ways of opening a bottle. We hear about the best values ... from the people whose lives have been steeped in viticulture for generations. Representatives from port producers often attend our dinners to share their favourite wines and their knowledge. It's the knowledge of a precious few and you can be among them.
